President & CEO
Joining Fullcity in March of 2021, Rajiv is spearheading the expansion and growth of an industry staple. With a unique set of domestic and international experience in Analytics, Finance and Strategy at some of the industries largest financial institutions, Rajiv is passionate about helping businesses excel. A graduate of Northwood University in Palm Beach, he now resides in Georgia with his family where he is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.
Adam Aronson
Chief Relationship Officer & Founder
After working as a sales consultant for Apple, Adam founded Fullcity Consulting in 2000, and has supported thousands of clients with technology solutions over his career. From Martha Stewart to his local dogwalker, Adam has seen it all! When he's not meeting with Fullcity's clients or industry thought-leaders, you can find Adam in his woodworking shop designing and crafting, or creating unique sounds in music studio. Adam and his daughter Julia love living in New York's Hudson River Valley.
Maida Sussman
Director of Quality
Maida brings more than 25 years of creative solution experience to Fullcity. She combines her FileMaker-certified development skills with her Quality toolkit to manage projects, coach and mentor developers, and continuously improve processes. Maida spends her free time with her family, enjoying the wilds of her home area, the Pacific Northwest.
Melissa Mills
Director of Operations
Melissa has been an integral part of the Fullcity team since 2015, and manages everything from office administration to project delivery support. A graduate of Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, Melissa currently resides in the Hudson Valley with her husband of 35 years and her son, and loves to visit her daughter in NYC in her spare time.
Bala Ganeshan
Director of Data & Analytics
Bala is a seasoned industry professional, bringing 20 years of experience in Data Management, Analytics and Reporting at some of the industry's largest financial institutions. He is passionate about using technology to make data driven decisions, and using data to drive business performance. Outside of work, Bala loves to travel, explore new places, and playing cricket.
